               In order to more effectively serve the needs of the Filipino market in Europe, we are transforming PNB Europe from a licensed bank vehicle into a specialized payment institution. This will allow us to focus on the key remittance needs of the Global Filipino in Europe. Consequently, we regret to inform you that we will no longer continue with our deposit-taking activities in UK and will be winding down this service within the new few months. This will also affect our customers who have standing order with us or have their pension routed through PNBE. These clients have been individually advised by post.
