What the documentary requirements?
When applying, you will need to send us a completed loan application with the following documents for verification:
- copy of valid passport details (showing photo, signature and Home Office stamp, if applicable), duly authenticated by a lawyer, Philippine Embassy or by an Officer of PNBE. read more
- utility bill showing present address read more
- the latest bank statements for six months
- certificate of employment
- the latest payslips for six months
- the latest credit card statements for six months (if applicable)
- copy of your loan agreement(s) with other lender(s), if applicable
- if self-employed, copies of latest audited financial statements/reports for three years
What happens next?
Upon acceptance, you will be sent a separate Agreement Form to sign and return (if applicable) confirming the exact terms relating to your loan. This is a requirement of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. You can decide, at this stage, if you do not wish to go ahead with the loan, by returning the Agreement Form unsigned.
